Craig Dresang
Vice President of Community Development
Joining Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter in 2009, Craig Dresang leads the organization’s philanthropy, public advocacy and related community development activities. With more than 20 years of experience in fundraising and business development, Mr. Dresang has a history of building business and financial support through marketing, development, strategic collaborations, public relations, communication and volunteer programs.
Most recently, Mr. Dresang served as director of business development and strategic communication at Hospice of Northeastern Illinois, where he played a key role in developing organizational presence in new markets, increasing operational efficiencies and opening an inpatient unit.
He also served as chief development officer at Alexian Brothers Bonaventure House & The Harbor and was vice president for external relations at Kohl Children’s Museum during its capital campaign to build a new facility in Glenview.
Mr. Dresang received a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism/marketing/design from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1985.
