Vice President of Human Resources
Nancy Agajeenian joined Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter in 2008 as vice president of Human Resources. In her role, she oversees both the organization’s human resources and facilities functions.
Ms. Agajeenian brings more than 30 years of HR experience to the position, most recently serving as vice president of HR Solutions for Laurus Strategies, a brokerage consulting firm in Chicago. Previously, she was the director of HR at La Rabida Children’s Hospital.
A graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a master’s in psychology, she also served as director of Employee Relations at St. Joseph Hospital, director of Human Resources at Midway Airlines, and president and founder of her own consulting firm. Ms. Agajeenian serves on the board of directors for Ramp Up, an affiliate of United Cerebral Palsy.
