Administrative
Online Communications Manager
To coordinate, develop and implement production of the Midwest CareCenter website and a variety of other online and electronic marketing publications for internal and external communication purposes. Full-time position.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field

Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years' related experience with new media, social media and online communications.

Other Requirements
  • Substantial knowledge of online technologies, specifically Joomla and web-hosting services. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Quark, Adobe Reader, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Interactive, web and public relations experience.
  • Knowledge of online communications technology, with particular interest in blogs, social networks and other emerging trends.
  • Some knowledge of other Microsoft products: Access and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of and ability to perform elements of production process for e-communications, flyers, etc. (copywriting, proofreading, design, mailing list assembly, printing, etc.)
  • Adequate knowledge of content management systems for routine web updates.
