Hospice Benefactor Family Society
Many family members make and direct donations to Midwest CareCenter in memory of their loved ones; the Family Society honors and recognizes these individuals.

Recognition & Benefits
  • Packet of material describing how to direct donations to Midwest CareCenter.
  • Listing in public donor records, to include the loved one's name if donor so chooses.

Background
The Family Society was established in 2006 to honor family members who have tangibly expressed appreciation for the care their loved ones received.

Although families have been directing memorial donations to Midwest CareCenter for 25+ years, this new giving society will offer opportunities for families to become ambassadors for Midwest CareCenter.
