Our Memorial Wall is a visual tribute to the lives of loved ones who received end-of-life care and support on our hospice inpatient unit. Plaque opportunities range from $1,000 to $10,000+.
What better way to celebrate a life or observe a special occasion than an inscription on our Tree of Life? Located in our sunny atrium in Glenview, the sculpture offers opportunities ranging from $500 to $5,000.
Our Children's Balloon Tribute is a wall display that honors children, teens and caregivers. Balloons can be inscribed for gifts between $250 and $2,000.
The Memorial Walkway enhances the front landscape of our Glenview campus. Each brick on the gently winding pathway commemorates the life of someone special. Memorial bricks are offered for gifts of $500.

- We will work with you to find the most appropriate words for your inscription.
- If you want to let someone know about your gift, we will send a notification letter.
- Midwest CareCenter is a nonprofit organization and has 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. Therefore, donations are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
