As you begin the journey through grief, you may have questions, fears and concerns about what lies ahead.
Education and support can be helpful
to you during this time.
Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter is offering a special opportunity for you: Navigating Grief. Facilitated by a licensed counselor, this one-time class will provide information for those who are newly bereaved.
Topics to be covered include: normal grief reactions, coping mechanisms and what to expect.
