Every November, during National Hospice Month, we renew our commitment to raise awareness about hospice as an end-of-life care option that can benefit patients and their families.
You may have a friend, family member or neighbor who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness, burdened by practical concerns and unsure about the care options that are available.
Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter can help. Using a team approach, our hospice program surrounds the patient and family with compassionate medical care that addresses physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
