Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter can
work with you, your family and your
healthcare team to help you receive the care
and treatment you need.
- Coverage for palliative care
consultations and hospice care is fairly
comprehensive. As long as your personal
physician bills the insurance company
accurately, his/her services as well as
those of Midwest CareCenter can be covered.
- If you are receiving services in our
Hospice program, you may be eligible for
coverage through the
Medicare Hospice Benefit.
- All grief support services for adults
and children are offered free of charge.
- Music Care Services and Jewish Care
Services are offered to Hospice patients
at no additional costs to patients or their
families.
We will help you determine reimbursement options or develop a payment plan if necessary.
If you do not have insurance or
the ability to pay for services, Midwest CareCenter
offers financial assistance and charity
care for those who qualify.
